Do i need to hire a contractor?
Absolutely not! All of our products are DIY enthusiast approved and require minimal skills and tools to complete an installation.
Be sure to check out the install guides before to make sure it's something you want to tackle yourself.
What are the dimensions of your privacy screens?
Our standard privacy screen panels are 36" wide x 68" high and 2.5mm (.100") thick.
What is the height of your railing?
Both our picket and glass railing have a standard 42" overall height. Our 6' privacy glass railing can be installed up to 70 5/8" overall height.
What is a paint pen?
End Cut Paint Pen's are the perfect solution to cover discoloured and ugly deck and fascia board cut ends.
Available in 8 colours to match most composite deck and fascia boards on the market.
Anyone can achieve a showroom finish look at a fraction of the time and money.
Are your products durable?
All of our railing and privacy screens are made from high-quality aluminum and come with a durable powder coat finish.
Additionally, each product has two layers of packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

What are the shipping costs?
For orders under $999 we charge a flat shipping rate of $99. All orders of standard product over $999 receive FREE SHIPPING.
I placed an order, what's next?
Sit back and relax! We'll send you an email confirmation with tracking number within 3 business days once your order has shipped.
How long until I receive my order?
In stock orders ship within 2 business days and take 3-7 business days to arrive depending on your specific location.
If your order contains back ordered / out of stock items, you will be contacted via email with and updated ETA.
what should I do when my order arrives?
The vast majority of all orders arrive without any issues, but be sure to inspect the order as you receive it and sign off once satisfied!
Please note any damage that occurred from transport before accepting it. Once signed for, it becomes your property and is much more difficult to recoup damages if they haven't been documented prior to signing.
Take multiple photos of any packaging or product damage and email us immediately along with a description of the issues.
